Instanced rendering now has all the pieces filled in, but it doesn't work! Blending doesn't appear to work and the general matrix manipulation stuff seems fubar'd. More debugging needed.

Implemented basic software vertex blending to join pipe segments together. Reveals the bug where there aren't just 3 rotations but 6 (I think!). More work required before vertex blending can be signed off.

Fixed bug where lines were being traced from <-1,-1,-1>. The std::copy() operation copied all elements thus 'forgetting' the ::size() internal to the 'Path' class. This meant it was always generating and always rendering too much data.
