Per-Pixel Lighting - Phong Shading

description

The simplest form of per-pixel lighting interpolates the per-vertex normals across the surface of the triangle and then re-computes the lighting model for each fragment.

Assigned to the alpha-2 milestone. Only one 'hot swappable' per-pixel technique needs to be implemented to prove the framework works.

Initial implementation checked in as change-set 9877, suspected problems with the normal vector transformations though.

Partial solution to normal vector problem rectified in change-set 14522. Still issues with normal vectors on joints.
